Opis pracy

Responsibilities :

  • leading, coaching and motivating the team of HR Administration specialists
  • ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently
  • overseeing the correctness of employee data in the SAP system ( changes in employment conditions, absences,  time management, entries, resignations, additional information)
  • monitoring and prioritizing the workload
  • processing client's escalations
  • close cooperation with stakeholders

Profile :

  • languages : English (B2) and German (C1)
  • proven track record in leading a team within HR processes
  • SAP experience will be a plus
  • strong customer service mindset
  • ability to work as a part of the team and lead by example
