PtP Operatons Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage daily operations of PtP Tower within SSC, ,
• Overall responsibility for quality delivery of PtP process
• Ensure Team meets set key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a point of escalation
• Drive PtP process standardization, optimization and automation across Division
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across PtP process
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax regulations, and external audit requirements
• Maintain vendor master data governance and ensure integrity of supplier records.
• Support SSC transformation projects, including ERP transitions, workflow tools and process reengineering initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior stakeholders.
