Your responsibilities

Invoice processing – Keep things moving with fast, accurate invoice handling

Expense & credit card management – Help employees get reimbursed and accounts stay on track

Petrol card & vendor settlements – Ensure timely and accurate payments across the board

Month-end close support – Help tie up financials with clean records

Account reconciliations – Spot errors before they become problems

Reporting KPIs & metrics – Deliver insights that help drive decisions

Support internal controls – Be a guardian of compliance and accuracy

Our requirements

• French speaker (min. B1 level) – You can comfortably navigate financial conversations and documents in French
• Experience in PtP or Accounts Payable – At least 3 years in a similar finance role
• SAP savvy – You’ve worked with it and know your way around
• A team player who communicates well and isn’t afraid to speak up with ideas
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven to make processes better
