- Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish
- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the
success of our client.
Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal dataHandle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)Deal with cancellation and refund of ticketsHelp in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.Support customers with travel difficulties.Requirements
Requirements :
Danish - C1 (both spoken and written)English – B2Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleaguesPrevious experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is anadvantage
