Your new role

The AR Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalation of AR / OtC processes while performing operational tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach, balancing leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily operations.

Responsibilities :

• Execute financial tasks related to AR / OtC
• Handle advanced operations
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage internal / external audits
• Oversee reminder reports on overdue payments
• Act as the first level of escalation for AR activities
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with PtP Team and finance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
