About The Role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach. As a Sales Enablement Manager at Revolut Business, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales. You’ll be the expert voice that ensures our products are well positioned and understood — both internally and externally. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing Managers, Sales Teams across various markets, and Product Owners to craft compelling messaging, develop enablement materials, and train teams to confidently communicate the value of our offerings. Your scope will extend from internal enablement to external representation — ensuring our product is clearly and effectively communicated in all customer-facing channels, including the website and marketing materials.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the central bridge between Product, Product Marketing and Sales teams — aligning product knowledge and go-to-market strategy across all markets
- Developing go-to-market assets such as product trainings, sales playbooks and certifications, product website and in-app content, FAQs — ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels
- Refining product positioning and messaging tailored to different markets, customer segments, and buyer personas, working with Sales to localise and land the messaging
- Driving internal enablement by leading product training sessions for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support — from onboarding to product updates and new feature rollouts
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides
- Participating in strategic customer engagements to promote features, gather feedback, and provide insights to Product and Marketing teams
- Aggregating and synthesizing customer insights and frontline feedback into actionable recommendations for product improvements and go-to-market adjustments
- Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify positioning gaps, messaging opportunities, and areas for product differentiation
- Ensuring product visibility and consistency across all external channels — including websites, product pages, and third-party platforms
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or go-to-market strategyProven experience working with or supporting Sales teams in multiple regionsThe ability to act as a subject matter expert for our products and translate complex product features into clear, value-driven messagingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences — from sales reps to prospectsDemonstrated experience developing impactful enablement content and leading training sessionsExcellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to driving alignment across cross-functional teamsA data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from both quantitative and qualitative feedbackA customer-centric focus and genuine passion for delivering business value through innovationNice to have
