About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Analytics Manager who will play a critical role in supporting Kyriba’s growth by tracking KPIs, analyzing sales performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across regions and verticals. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytically minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to extract insights that shape go-to-market execution.

Key Tasks

  • Track pipeline conversion, sales velocity, and partner contribution across key regions and verticals.
  • Identify underperforming geos or segments and recommend actions to improve traction.
  • Evaluate results of new market entries, pilots, or campaigns and provide data-backed insights on what to scale or stop.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and customer behavior to inform GTM adjustments.
  • Support the Mid Market General Manager with concise reporting and insights for CRO QBRs, XCO reviews, and board-level updates on the mid-market segment.
  • Define and maintain KPIs across sales, marketing, and partner teams to track segment performance.
  • Partner with GTM, Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align metrics and drive performance improvements.
  • Build automated reporting to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across key systems.
  • Recommend tooling and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve visibility.
  • Support automation initiatives and leverage AI agents where applicable.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Familiarity with mid-market SaaS GTM strategy is desirable.
  • Fluency in English
