Since opening our operations in the Nordics, we have rapidly established ourselves as a trusted partner for renowned brands within verticals such as Fashion, Travel, and Home. With a small, dedicated team in the Nordics, we continuously expand our team and have ambitious growth plans.
We embrace a "remote-first" approach, which enables you to operate remotely most of the time while being based in Poland—RTB House's origin and home to our headquarters in Warsaw. To foster strong connections with our local Account Management Team in Sweden, you may expect monthly trips to Stockholm.
What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact
Account Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring client retention, upholding a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth among our existing partners. As the Team Leader of Account Management Nordics, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and managing your own portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships with the clients under your team's care.
As part of our matrix structure, the Team Leader Account Management Nordics will be closely cooperating with the Business Development Director of the Nordics as well as with the Vice President of Account Management.
