For one of our Client - Europe’s leading brand manufacturer of household solutions for food storage, freshness, and waste disposal, with operations in Germany, Poland, and the UK, we are currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of : Key Account Manager - FMCG (Poland).
Role Overview
Work on the strategic growth of the coffee segment within the Polish market, achieving defined expansion targets.
Oversee and nurture relationships with external sales partners (distributors) and retailers.
Conduct ongoing market analysis in Poland and design entry and penetration strategies.
This is a brand new role within the company in Polish market. The company is rolling out a new coffee product in the Polish market.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in International Business or a related field (or equivalent education).
Over 5 years of FMCG ecperience.
Demonstrated track record of sales success.
Proficient in using planning, budgeting, and performance control tools, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Fluent in Polish and English; German - a plus.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with key accounts. Establish pricing strategies and maintain a consistent price framework tailored to Polish trade structures—aiming to meet margin and division targets.
Develop and execute customized annual account plans and growth roadmaps.
Lead negotiations on listings, promotional activities, pricing, and trade conditions.
Track and drive sales performance, profitability goals, and forecasts. Oversee advertising and cost-center budgets for the Polish market alongside cross-functional teams. Implement corrective measures to address any deviations from targets.
Perform market potential and trend analyses. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and launch new products or concepts in Poland to broaden market presence.
Contribute to strategic, tactical, and detailed sales planning in alignment with corporate objectives. Set divisional targets in coordination with senior leadership.
Prepare comprehensive reports covering field visits, retail performance, margin analysis, and competitor or market trend intelligence.
Conduct regular customer visits and represent the business at trade fairs.
Propose and initiate new product ideas.
