About this role

Join Pyszne.pl and lead our team of Field Account Managers to success. You will play a key role in developing our crucial restaurant and convenience partnerships, directly driving our growth and strengthening our position in the food delivery market.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role :

• Lead & Develop : Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 12 Field Account Managers across Poland to achieve peak performance.
• Be in the Field : Spend 2-3 days per week traveling to key cities, actively supporting your team during partner visits.
• Drive Strategy & Growth : Take ownership of the team's strategy, achieving revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
• Analyze the Market : Understand market opportunities and challenges to equip your team with the insights needed for success.
• Shape the Culture : Work with senior leadership to build a high-performing sales and account management culture.
