Payroll Supervisor

Be a part of our team in which you will :

• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Payroll System Implementation : Lead the implementation and configuration of payroll systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• System Optimization : Design and configure payroll systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Management : Oversee payroll vendor relationships, ensuring services meet performance expectations and comply with contractual terms.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure payroll processes comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for streamlining payroll processes and implementing best practices.
• Employee Support : Address payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to support seamless payroll integration with wider organizational functions.
