A global tech company offering end-to-end IT services — from web and mobile development to AI / ML, IoT, DevOps, and sales support — is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow its client base.
This role focuses on identifying and engaging with potential clients — particularly startups, product companies, and businesses in need of dedicated development teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify high-potential leads in the startup ecosystem and among companies needing custom software solutions.
- Bring a creative, proactive approach to testing and launching new outbound campaigns.
- Build and execute lead generation strategies with a personalized approach.
- Craft compelling B2B messaging for outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate and schedule semi-automated and manual email sequences.
- Handle responses : address objections, set up meetings, and nurture conversations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Actively explore new business opportunities and markets.
- Schedule intro calls and meetings between prospects and our Business Development Manager.
- Report weekly KPIs and outreach metrics to the sales team.
- Use automation tools (e.g., Snov.io, MixMax) to launch large-scale outreach campaigns.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an SDR or similar client-facing role.Strong English skills (B2–C1 level).Hands-on experience with sales tools, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRMs.Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.NICE TO HAVE :
Experience with outreach tools like Snov.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Proxy, or similar.
