responsibilities :

  • Performing diverse business development needs, market research and analysis that support Global Sales by achieving the business strategy
  • Supporting the development of actions that will enhance results and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, revenue and profitability across the company.
  • Leading the analysis and evaluation of high-level processes, plans and results together with information / reporting requests and requirements
  • Leading the development of cohesive recommendations / solutions that improve sales knowledge, planning, decision-making and reporting capabilities.
  • Participating in direct customer interaction and supporting two core processes : value quantification and implementation support.

requirements-expected :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a Marketing, Business or Statistics-related subject is a desirable skill.
  • English language on fluent level- must-have
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills with experience of presenting to an Executive Management level
  • Advance use of Excel ( macro) and knowledge of SQL, Power BI and other business analysis applications
  • In-depth analytical skills with substantial experience in performing complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent persuasion & influencing skills with experience of gaining commitment to complex concepts / opportunities
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience of building an effective network of contacts at different levels in an organization
  • In-depth understanding of macro business environment (economic, competitor, market dynamics, relevant industries, etc.)
  • Good conceptual skills and experience of designing, developing and implementing solutions for complex unstructured challenges / requirements
  • Excellent commercial judgement with experience of providing commercially focused business advice& recommendations
  • Experience in project management and leading complex cross-functional or divisional projects
