Description :

As Seniorpensation Specialist you will work closely with the BCSpensation Leader and BCS People Partners to deliverpensation advisory services and solutions that meet business needs, leveraging enterprisepensation frameworks. You will be part of the Marsh McLennanpensation Center of Expertise (COE), reporting to the BCSpensation Leader and located in the Warsaw office.

Thepensation COE collaborates with other teams in our People function to provide strategy, design, and subject matter expertise on broad-basedpensation, incentives, reward insights, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment between people and business strategies.

We will count on you to :

• Act as a subject matter expert inpensation, providing advisory services to client groups, including People Partners and HR Managers.
• Collaborate with various teams to diagnose strategicpensation priorities and define reward requirements.
• Focus on reward program delivery, annual pay reviews,pensation program effectiveness, and market benchmarking.
• Partner with Finance teams for forecasting and annual budget modeling.
• Contribute to enterprise-widepensation initiatives, enhancing the effectiveness of Marsh McLennan's reward programs.
