Compensation & Benefits Job Taxonomy Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Support development of Compensation & Benefits job catalogue content according to organization standards
  • Support business sponsors in the Compensation & Benefits job catalogue development activities
  • Update online database of remuneration survey jobs and job evaluations
  • Develop best practices in product content and job descriptions creation methodology
  • Run reports and exporting data from internal systems

Our requirements

  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to draw conclusions based multiple sources of information
  • Strong self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Very good command of spoken and written English

    • Optional

  • Knowledge of Mercer remuneration surveys
  • Online content creation / management experience
  • Understanding most common organizational structures
  • Experience in building / delivering technical trainings
  • Experience in creating business presentations
  • People and / or project management experience
