About the Client
Our client is a global iGaming product company with a strong presence across key international markets. To support their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Head of Payments to lead and scale their payment operations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for shaping the payment strategy, managing PSP and banking relationships, and driving performance across global markets. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global payments strategy
- Manage PSP integrations and vendor negotiations
- Optimize approval rates, conversion, and reconciliation processes
- Launch new payment methods across regions
- Monitor performance and run A / B tests to improve payment flows
- Collaborate with finance, tech, legal, and support teams
- Support market expansion and manage banking relationships
Requirements
3+ years in payments, processing, or billing, including leadership rolesProven experience with PSPs, compliance, and cost optimizationUnderstanding of high-risk industries (iGaming preferred)Familiarity with global markets (LATAM, APAC, Europe)Data-driven and strong communication skillsUpper-Intermediate English or higherWhat We Offer
