Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing insurance product development strategies based on market needs analysis, competitor offers, and current legal regulations.
• Designing unique product propositions that set our offerings apart from the competition and attract new clients.
• Creating effective product positioning strategies tailored to the local market and customer expectations.
• Managing cooperation with our partner company responsible for the technical support of products within IT systems.
• Initiating and implementing product changes and innovations aligned with business strategy and market demands.
• Collaborating closely with the pricing team to set optimal pricing policies and monitor product profitability.
• Analyzing the financial performance of the product portfolio and taking actions to optimize its effectiveness.
• Identifying and defining key customer segments in the Polish market and adapting our offer accordingly.
• Coordinating marketing and sales activities to effectively reach targeted customer groups.
• Monitoring market trends and customer needs, and initiating new product solutions and improvements.
