You’ll guide the development of our digital platform—the engine behind our mission to connect nonprofits with top tech teams around the globe.

Tech To The Rescue is a mission-driven nonprofit running a unique B2B digital marketplace, connecting global technology industry leaders with small and medium-sized digital agencies to foster impactful partnerships and drive meaningful innovation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Define and execute the strategic vision for our digital marketplace platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission.

Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and partnership teams to translate market insights and customer feedback into innovative product enhancements.

Establish and oversee product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and performance metrics.

Regularly engage with key stakeholders, including global tech industry leaders, digital agencies, and internal teams, to maintain alignment and ensure relevance of the product.

Champion user-centric design and ensure our platform offers outstanding user experience to all segments of our community. Ensure the platform is intuitive, inclusive, and a joy to navigate—for everyone we serve.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Proven experience (5+ years) as Head of Product or Senior Product Leader, preferably in B2B digital marketplaces, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse partners ranging from global corporations to smaller digital agencies.

Passion for social innovation and enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven nonprofit.

• Fluent English (C1+)

The ideal candidate brings expertise from digital marketplaces or enterprise software solutions, coupled with a proven ability to translate commercial insights into impactful digital products.
