For one of our Clients - an international company specializing in electronic products - we are currently looking for :

Job description :

• Supporting B2B customers (resellers, system integrators)
• Tracking calls and cales in systems
• Performing log analysis : parsing, indexing, pattern recognition, correlation analysis, etc.
• Managing escalations by logging and tracking cases in systems
• Securing and deepening client retention, contributing to an excellent customer support and recognizing / promoting suitable products and services
• Technical advice including configuring software and servers
