WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process

Manage customer orders and monitor there fulfillment

Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers

Register and manage customer complaints

WE ARE EXPECTING : Fluent Italian (C1)

Good knowledge of English (B2)

The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships

Good communication

Capacity to quick adaption to a new situation

IS / IT systems knowledge
