Job description

Deliver expert assistance  to customers in English and local langauge, providing accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Efficiently manage customer orders , including Promptly registering new orders.
  • Updating and adjusting sales orders
  • Addressing ad-hoc customer requests with speed and precision.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records , logging all interactions, complaints, and resolutions thoroughly for easy access and future reference.
  • Follow up with customers after resolution  to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Actively identify process improvements  and suggest enhancements that increase both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
  • Diligently follow internal policies and procedures  to ensure compliance with company standards. Ensure all transactions, interactions, and documentation are aligned with organizational protocols, contributing to the continuous refinement and streamlining of these procedures.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Polish to a level that enables effective communication and work is required.
  • Fluency in English language and knowledge of one more language : Romanian, Czech, Slovak or Serbian.
  • A customer-first attitude with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar job.
  • Great communication skills to understand and help customers effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us.
  • The ability to work independently, handle different tasks, and work well under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills to handle difficult customer issues efficiently.
  • Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP to use it effectively.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well with different teams and keep good relationships with everyone involved.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer records and transactions.
