Customer Service with Swedish

Zakres obowiązków :

Obsługa zgłoszeń telefonicznych - infolinia przychodząca
Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie przyjętych zgłoszeń
Współpraca z innymi poziomami wsparcia technicznego i działami w firmie
Wprowadzanie danych do systemu
Dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi

Oczekiwania :

Zorientowanie na rozwiązywanie problemów,

Znajomość języka szwedzkiego w stopniu biegłym (C1) i angielskiego (B2),

Dyspozycyjności do pracy w trybie stacjonarnym,

Komunikatywność i otwartość do rozmów telefonicznych

Oferta :

Zatrudnienie w ramach umowy o pracę

Praca w godzinach 09 : 00-17 : 00 ->

poniedziałek-sobota
