Client Advisor with Swedish

Job descriptionFluency in Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level). At least 6 months of experience in customer service. Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset. Basic administrative and technical knowledge. Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-20 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-20 : 00). Competitive salary : 10,000 PLN gross / month + benefits on employment contract (MyBenefit / Multisport, LuxMed, language classes, group insurance). Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
