The Job

Start : 9th of June or 7th of July 2025

Streaming Platform

Tasks :

  • Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
  • Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
  • Task inbound call, offer additional values for existing customers
  • Possibility to sell to interested clients after dealing with the main issue
  • The Profile

    Requirements :

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-20 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-20 : 00
