Streaming Platform
Tasks :
Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.Task inbound call, offer additional values for existing customersPossibility to sell to interested clients after dealing with the main issueThe Profile
Requirements :
Fluency in Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.Basic administrative and technical knowledge.Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-20 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-20 : 00The Employer
