In our Maersk GSC, we are dedicated to ensuring smooth and compliant clearance processes for our international shipments. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us navigate the complexities of global trade.

As a Order Process Administrator , you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will coordinate and organize a range of services operations - no two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and shape the role to fit your strengths! Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You will work closely with our internal logistics and supply chain teams to optimise processes and handle post-clearance audits and compliance reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Polish and English will be essential in managing high-volume transactions and providing excellent service to our clients.

Who are we looking for?

We are hiring teams with some experience within a Process, Operations or logistics related role, however if you have work experience in an task based office environment, this would be the right role for you!

• Attention to detail – You spot the little things that others might miss!
• Tech-savvy  – A good working knowledge of MS Office is helpful.
• Independent & deadline-driven –  You can manage your own workload and keep things moving.
• Regulated environment experience –  If you’ve worked in similar field, that’s a bonus!
• Great communicator –  Fluent English and confidence in building relationships.
• Process-focused & problem-solver –  You love improving ways of working.
• Team player –  Collaboration is at the heart of what we do!
