For our Client, a global leader in retail and supply chain operations, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Process Designer.

Location : 100% remote

Salary : 110-140 PLN net+VAT / h, B2B via Devire

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to create clarity and foster shared understanding among diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in translating business requirements into structured and clear process documentation.
Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and design logical, structured processes.
Confident communicator, able to challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders toward effective outcomes.
In-depth knowledge of process mapping methodologies.
Demonstrated success in documenting processes within a global business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 / C1 level).

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to draft and document Level 4–Level 5 process flows.

Ensure alignment with the client's business process standards and governance frameworks.

Clarify interdependencies and handovers between connected processes to enable seamless integration.

Partner with Process and Product Leaders to ensure consistent and optimized process design.

Monitor and follow up on business process developments within the digital product space.
