About the role

As an HRIS Process Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR at Husqvarna Group. You'll join a global organization with diverse stakeholders, international collaboration opportunities, and room for both professional growth and innovation.

At the core of our HR tech landscape is Workday, and in this hands-on role, you’ll blend functional configuration expertise with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT methodologies. You’ll partner with process owners, HR specialists, and technical experts to roll out impactful, integrated solutions that enhance how we manage and support our people.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Group HR, local HR teams, and our Global Information Services (GIS) department. Your work will directly contribute to more effective HR service delivery, smarter use of technology, and a stronger people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Process Owners to capture business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver effective solutions

Lead or support local and global HRIS initiatives and smaller projects, particularly within Compensation & Benefits and HCM

Maintain and evolve business process configurations, identifying opportunities for simplification and optimization

Communicate Workday capabilities clearly to HR teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding

Develop training materials, technical documentation, and support guides for users

Provide training and support related to new functionality and enhancements within Workday

Explore and configure new Workday features; assess fit / gap and lead adoption where appropriate

Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within your functional areas

You will be part of a dynamic, international HRIS team of five skilled professionals, each with specialized areas of focus. We are united by curiosity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to leveraging technology to continuously improve the employee experience.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with strong abilities in translating user needs into functional and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing diverse stakeholders. You should possess a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think holistically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you must be able to document and explain complex technical concepts clearly.

We believe you bring the following skills and background to the role :

Several years of hands-on experience working with Workday , particularly in HCM , Core Compensation , and Advanced Compensation configuration

Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework

A solid understanding of HR processes and how they support organizational success

A university degree in HR, IT, or another relevant field

Experience working in a global company and familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements

Project coordination or project management experience (a strong plus)

Workday certifications (meritorious but not required)

Location

This role is based in Sweden (Stockholm or Huskvarna) or in Poland (Warsaw). We offer a hybrid work model that supports flexibility and work-life balance.
