Payroll and HR Administration Specialist

What the day will look like

  • Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll documentation
  • Collect and process documentation submitted by employees to HR Boxes, ensuring timely delivery to the payroll vendor.
  • Support onboarding activities on-site, including employment contract signing and start documentation.
  • Provide advisory on Polish labor law to employees, managers, and People Team members.
  • Monitor and flag process gaps and risks, ensuring compliance and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support reporting to statutory bodies (e.g. Social Security office).
  • Collaborate with remote team members and proactively share HR knowledge.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a corporate or international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an asset.
  • Availability for on-site work in the Warsaw office.
