Junior Administration & Payroll Specialist

As a Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist you will be responsible for administrative tasks for employees based in the UK&I including answering employees queries via HR request or chat related to terms & conditions of employment, payroll, company benefits, and HR processes.

In This Role You Will

  • Collaborating closely with members of country local team. You will be liaising with People Partners, Reward Partners and People Leaders in order to investigate particular employees’ cases and answering employees queries.
  • Processing changes in employees’ employment lifecycle in accordance with country payroll calendar and global guidelines like : organizational changes, time & attendance, benefits, payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR.
  • Participating in regional / global improvement projects, contributing to continuous improvement activities in the PPS Center through identification of recurring issues to simplify and enhance policies, processes and technologies and deliver sound customer solutions.

You’re The Right Fit If

  • You are willing to learn HR processes. Experience in payroll and UK&I administration will be an additional asset.
  • You graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • You are fluent in English, connected with knowledge of Workday, SNOW, SAP, and Excel (which would be an advantage).
  • You have personal integrity when handling confidential information connected with eye details, finding the possibility of improving processes, excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently.

    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office role.
