We are looking for an experienced HR Administration Team Leader who will be responsible for comprehensive and effective HR administration for employees in Poland and selected international markets, supporting the dynamically growing international structure of Adamed Pharma .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the full scope of HR administration tasks for Poland and selected international entities.
- Organize and develop the team, set priorities, and ensure high quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle – from hiring to termination – including preparation of documentation and reports.
- Manage updates in the HR and payroll system and oversee data accuracy within HR systems.
- Participate in implementation and transformation projects – experience in managing organizational change in HR / payroll systems (e.g., SAP HR) will be an asset.
- Collaborate with international and local partners to harmonize HR processes across markets.
- Prepare reports and summaries for managers, the Management Board, external institutions, and internal / external audits.
- Implement, optimize, and standardize HR processes in a multicultural environment.
- Supervise the completeness of HR documentation and archiving processes.
- Liaise with external institutions (Social Security Office, Tax Office, Labour Inspectorate, Occupational Health Service) and international partners in the areas of benefits, audits, and employee services.
Requirements
Master’s degree (preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or Finance).Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR administration, including at least 4 years in a leadership role (team or project leader).Proven experience in an international environment, preferably within Shared Services or global structures.Very good command of English (minimum B2 / C1) – daily communication in an international setting.Knowledge of HR regulations and practices in foreign markets is a plus (familiarity with the Spanish market will be an additional advantage).In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law, HR processes, employment of foreigners, working time settlements, Employee Benefit Fund (ZFŚS), and PFRON.Practical experience with HR / payroll systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in MS Excel and Płatnik.Demonstrated experience in team management, motivation, competence development, and prioritization.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑changing, and international environment, with strong decision‑making skills.High level of empathy, discretion, and responsibility in handling confidential information.Category B driving license.Seniority Level
