Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Payroll expert with strong knowledge of United States payroll regulations and processes . This role will focus on configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP SF Payroll with full compliance to federal and state payroll requirements. Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience (6+ years) in SAP Success Factors Payroll

Strong expertise in US-specific payroll topics :

Federal and state tax requirements

Wage types configuration

Overtime rules

Garnishments

Benefits and deductions

Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing

Excellent command of English (B2+)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience integrating with SAP HCM / EC

SAP Success Factors Payroll certification

Familiarity with US compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, etc.)
