Customer Support Advisor with Nordic Languages

WORK PLACE : Warsaw (support with relocation costs - flight+nights in hotel)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
  • Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in Norwegian / Swedish / Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Danish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 9 : 00-19 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-16 : 00).
  • Finnish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-18 : 00).

    Norwegian / Swedish : Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 8 : 00-20 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00-20 : 00).
