What will you do?

Provide technical support via phone for users of electronic devises

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Offer information about products and their functionalities

Log cases and maintain records in the internal system

Candidate profile

Fluent in Danish language at C1 level

Good command of English (B1 / B2 level)

Basic understanding of household appliances and consumer electronics

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Eagerness to learn and fast typing skills

Available to work at least 120 hours per month
