Job description

Do you speak fluent Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish? Additionally to one of the languages just listed, do you have also a good level of English (B2 at least)? Our Client is a Multinational and well established Outsourcing Company that works with the best Companies Worldwide. For this specific Project, we are we are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates who love to work with Customers in the Travelling / Tourism sector and in a position where you will be handling all questions and supporting direct customers who have their trips organized by the carrier. No real previous experience is necessary, because there is a very strong Training and what we are really seeking for is the fluency in one of the languages listed and a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative approach & attitude.

Amongst your responsibilities, you will :

Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
Assist passengers via calls / chat.

Our main requirements are for you to be :

Fluent in written and spoken Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish (all no less than a C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)

Naturally helpful and collaborative with your daily approach.

Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.

Active listener and able to communicate clearly with a sharp eye for accuracy and precision.

Highly organized.

Available to work from our office in Warsaw : please note that this is a Fully Office based position with a potential, but not guarenteed, option to become hybrid.
