YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Manage the recruiting process for the central departments AT&CEE - from job advertisement creation to onboarding
• Ensuring target group-specific direct approaches and a positive candidate experience
• Close collaboration with business partners and all relevant departments
• Research on sourcing trends, channels and market developments
• Development of creative sourcing strategies, use of suitable channels such as LinkedIn and creation and maintenance of a talent pool
