Our team is expanding and we need a highly skilled professional with experience in Loyalty and CX to join us as a Global Business Consultant.

Would you like to have the opportunity to work with clients all around the world – mainly GCC, Africa, Asia? Are you a communicative person skilled at building relationships with clients? Do you have a solid track record of navigating and succeeding within the IT or enterprise software industry? Are you open to travel and feel that you can find your way around Cape Town, Riyadh, Dubai and Hanoi?

Candidate profile

• Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
• Professional experience in CX or loyalty programs is required
• Experience in responding to RFPs will be a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of current technological trends in the IT industry
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proactivity, commitment, analytical thinking and a stron team player attitide
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines
• Availability and willingness to travel for business trips
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
