We are looking for a Business Consultant to co-create and deliver new Process Orchestration capabilities that drive productivity, enable innovation, and make our processes future‑fit.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• translating Market to Cash (MtC) and cross‑functional business activities into clear process models to enable orchestration and monitoring
• partnering with global functions, BPO SO, and OpCo teams to map, document, and improve key processes
• collaborating with developers to deliver intuitive insights for business leaders and operators
• running workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and hyperautomation
• supporting AI use‑cases, ensuring processes are modelled to unlock new business opportunities
• contributing to our Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving process intelligence and enabling teams to continuously improve
