Our team is expanding and we need a highly skilled professional with experience in Loyalty and CX to join us as a Global Business Consultant.

Candidate profile
- Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
- Professional experience in CX or loyalty programs is required
- Experience in responding to RFPs will be a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of current technological trends in the IT industry
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactivity, commitment, analytical thinking and a stron team player attitide
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines
- Availability and willingness to travel for business trips
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Your responsibilities
Obtaining new clients and managing relationships with existing clients in the GCC, Africa, and APAC regionsConducting technical presentations and product demos to executives and clients, explaining the value propositionResponding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information)Participating in team projects and roll out of new featuresProviding technical support to the sales team and R&D, particularly during complex negotiations and discussionsPresenting Comarch's loyalty expertise and systems at international industry conferences and external eventsConducting market analysis (market trends, challenges, competition, new regulations)Focusing on the Middle Eastern, African and Asian marketsFor you
