Mission :

As part of our growth strategy, Hitachi Energy is currently finalizing a multi-year project (Reiwa) to upgrade our core ERP systems to SAP S / 4HANA, standardize our IT application landscape and digitize our business processes to meet the needs of our expanding business. The SAP Process Excellence team within Hub Europe supports the transformer factories and service centers across Europe to optimize the value of our SAP investments by leveraging best practices to optimize end-user experience, assisting the local teams with training and issue resolution, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements

As we further develop the new SAP S / 4 solution, you will be responsible for providing support to our European region, working with the SAP Process Excellence Expert team, factory leads and key users to follow-up & analyze defects and change requests, create statistics and reports, maintain the team SharePoint and manuals. Additionally you are analyzing and monitoring the usage of the processes in S4 in all factories in HUB EUC as well as support to reduce the SoD conflicts. You will work closely with our IT support team and management to ensure the ERP system is functioning smoothly and to continuously improve user experience and business processes

This role is to support our main sites in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy and Finland. Travel activity of around 20% is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Follow-up and analyze all S4 defects and change requests of BU Transformers Hub Europe
  • Create statistics and reports for your area of responsibility
  • Maintain and develop Hub team SharePoint
  • Maintain and update user manuals
  • Lead activities to reduce SoD conflicts regularly
  • Analyze as-is versus to-be process (Celonis) and identify improvement areas

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience as analyst and / or project management
  • Strong knowledge of defect management.
  • Experience in working in global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English in a global multi-cultural environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Technical IT knowledge and ability to rapidly gain knowledge of a new tool (e.g. Celonis)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly identify root causes of issues.
