responsibilities :
- Techno-functional role
- Design new FI / CO solutions and financial processes
- Participate in projects and provide third-line support
- Handle change requests : maintain existing and develop new reports, user exits, customer exits, enhancements, CDS views, and Fiori apps in the FI / CO area
- Maintain existing interfaces and develop new ones
- Maintain existing forms and develop new ones—SAPscript, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms—for all SAP modules
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix existing FI / CO applications
- Provide support and back-up to other global SAP team members and business users
- Work closely with SAP Business Analysts to understand development requests and provide technical support
- Manage change requests for the modules and processes in scope
- Deliver project work, including implementations for the SAP modules and processes in scope
- Provide user support, mainly via the OTRS ticket system, for defined ticket queues
