Responsibilities
Lead Change Management Process
- Continuously working to improve change management procedures
- Lead plant change implementation board meetings
- Develop and maintain monitoring process including KPI’s
- Ensure change are implemented according to the process
Manage Change Management tools
Issue Change Implementation (CI) document in 1PLMVerify correctness of inputs from the team (customer approvals, traceability, etc.)Verify inputs in Redmine systemSupport Change Owner in issuing Change Request (CR) in 1PLM for Plant driven changesShare Change Management Culture
Organize internal onboarding trainingsOrganize internal refreshment trainingExpectations
