Design & Customer Success Manager

Your responsibilities
- support the Sales team in building strong, long-term relationships with clients,
- lead and manage two teams : Project Design Studio (architects and spatial design consultants), Offers & Order Management Team (technical specialists and order processing experts),
- oversee the end-to-end offer process and documentation quality-from spatial design concepts to final product configuration and client proposals,
- ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality communication with clients,
- foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the design team,
- maintain seamless information flow between clients, Sales, Commercial Project Management, and Supply Chain teams,
- continuously improve processes related to design solutions, product configuration, order handling, and communication with the factory,
- coordinate and optimize operations within ERP, CRM, and pCon Planner systems (data, codes, offer management),
- report to the Global Commercial Director and closely collaborate with Commercial Project Management and Supply Chain leaders.
Our requirements
proven leadership experience in customer service, sales support, or project support roles within a manufacturing or technical company - ideally in B2B project-based sales,a strong track record of working across functions : sales, client, technical teams and manufacturing,experience in international environments and fluency in foreign languages, advanced English required,at least 5 years in a managerial role, leading multidisciplinary teams,expertise in shaping customer experience across both pre-sales and post-sales processes,strong background in optimizing operational and communication workflows between sales, production, and customer support,proficiency in CRM and ERP systems : experience in implementing or developing such tools is a strong asset.What we offer
