Overall :
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and organizational structure, and forge relationships with key stakeholders through strong interpersonal connections
- Be responsible for client KPIs related to PT products
- Be an expert on Playtech products and USPs – eager to collaborate with internal product stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the customer within Playtech and balance business goals. Share knowledge of the licensee with Playtech colleagues and product stakeholders
- Maintain a good knowledge of the industry landscape, including competitors’ products and developments
- Stay aware of technical updates and progress that have business impact
- Remain up to date on regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Have a solid understanding of BI, CRM, customer journey, affiliation, A / B testing, and segmentation
- Understand player-facing technology such as frontend, and the importance of promotions and player interaction via desktop, mobile, and native channels
Commercial :
Support the Commercial Director in business developmentDrive usage and upsell of Playtech tools, products, and servicesCoordinate and manage training requestsManage game launches, network promotions, and marketing promotions to licenseesConduct Quarterly Business ReviewsTravel for business when requiredWork with analysts on monthly KPIsAdmin :
Report on licensee marketing commitments and promotions related to Playtech products and servicesStay aware of the status of all projects and deadlinesProduce monthly management reportsParticipate in regular commercial team meetings and presentationsManage and update CRMTranslate licensee queries and prepare required periodical reportsQualifications

CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT TEAM
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be part of the Customer Development team, the primary point of contact for the commercial and operational management of Playtech’s Platform solution with Casino games. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, performance, and satisfaction.
