Design & Customer Success Manager

Your responsibilities

  • support the Sales team in building strong, long-term relationships with clients,
  • lead and manage two teams : Project Design Studio (architects and spatial design consultants), Offers & Order Management Team (technical specialists and order processing experts),
  • oversee the end-to-end offer process and documentation quality-from spatial design concepts to final product configuration and client proposals,
  • ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality communication with clients,
  • foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the design team,
  • maintain seamless information flow between clients, Sales, Commercial Project Management, and Supply Chain teams,
  • continuously improve processes related to design solutions, product configuration, order handling, and communication with the factory,
  • coordinate and optimize operations within ERP, CRM, and pCon Planner systems (data, codes, offer management),
  • report to the Global Commercial Director and closely collaborate with Commercial Project Management and Supply Chain leaders.

Our requirements

  • proven leadership experience in customer service, sales support, or project support roles within a manufacturing or technical company - ideally in B2B project-based sales,
  • a strong track record of working across functions : sales, client, technical teams and manufacturing,
  • experience in international environments and fluency in foreign languages, advanced English required,
  • at least 5 years in a managerial role, leading multidisciplinary teams,
  • expertise in shaping customer experience across both pre-sales and post-sales processes,
  • strong background in optimizing operational and communication workflows between sales, production, and customer support,
  • proficiency in CRM and ERP systems : experience in implementing or developing such tools is a strong asset.
