Senior Customer Success Specialist (Polish Market)

Remote from Poland | International scope | Full-time

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will represent our IDS (International Diesel Service) brand, a key player within the Q8 Group. IDS keeps international transport moving thanks to our European network of truck stations. You’ll be the trusted voice for our Polish clients : major logistics players who rely on our service to stay on track.

From your home office in Poland, you will connect daily with internal teams and cross-border customers. You solve, streamline and support, with a constant focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You don’t just respond to questions – you anticipate needs and guide solutions.

Your biggest challenge

You balance customer needs, commercial ambitions, and operational procedures in a high-speed, international environment. You take ownership, spot opportunities, and make change happen. In this role, you're not just part of the process – you improve it.

Your role in action :

Be the go-to contact for our Polish customers : solve problems, answer questions and follow up with professionalism and care.

Enhance service quality : gather feedback, flag inefficiencies, and help customers understand how we work.

Secure financial flow : support payment follow-up, solve invoice issues, and clarify tax topics in collaboration with our credit team.

Stay sharp and structured : manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.

Contribute to bigger projects : such as new tools and systems, where your operational input helps us get it right the first time.

This is you

Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)

5+ years in a customer-focused role within a large international organization

Proven experience with stakeholder communication and continuous improvement

Structured, accurate, and always a step ahead

Cool-headed under pressure, with a practical mindset

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Naturally proactive, curious, and service-oriented
