HR Manager, Poland (maternity cover)

Reporting line : VP HR North & Central Europe

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities :

• Partner with Senior HRBPs and local leaders on execution of the people strategy for Paramount LOBs based in Poland.
• Implement locally company-wide HR programs, initiatives, processes and recommend HR best practices to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Offer people managers the performance management guidance and coordinate employee relations issues.
• Partner with HR COEs (Comp & Ben, HR Operations, Payroll, TA, L&D) to define needs and deliver holistic people and process solutions.
• Deploy of salary review plans, promotions, Short-Term Incentive Plan, Retention plans.
• Develop and support execution of employee engagement and wellbeing plans.
