Responsibilities :

Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.

Provide day-to-day support to end-users, including training sessions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to enhance user adoption.

Configure Salesforce settings, customize page layouts, create reports and dashboards, and manage user roles and permissions.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation (using tools like Process Builder and Flow) to streamline operations.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits, data cleaning, and management of data imports / exports.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, incorporating improvements into the system as needed.

We are looking for : Requirements :

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing end-to-end platform administration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, and security best practices.

Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.

B2+ fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator).

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud environments.

Familiarity with basic SQL queries and data visualization tools.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and change management practices.
