Alcon is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business. This position requires a solid understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive solutions.
• Uphold code quality standards and Salesforce best practices.
