Salesforce Specialist

About the role

Wanted : Salesforce Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce platform management, customization, and optimization, and must be fluent in English to support our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop, design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and reports to meet business requirements. Also, you will manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and provide technical expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data governance. Furthermore, you will

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Deliver effective problem resolution and maintain clear, supportive communication with end users.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability.
• Train end-users and create documentation to support adoption and efficient use of Salesforce features.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.

About you

To be successful in this specialized job, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, are a are a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and / or a Salesforce Certified Administrator and bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Specialist or similar, with expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
