- Minimum 2 years' experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial reporting within banking, financial services, or corporate sectors.
- Good knowledge of Polish tax laws, including VAT, CIT, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in data validation, reporting templates, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in tax filings and documentation.
- Able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with clear written and verbal communication for internal and external coordination.
